Soulangh Cultural Park
Mailing Address:
No.130, Liuan Vil., Jiali Dist., Tainan City 722, Taiwan
Introduction of Organization (e.g., activities and objective):
Siao-Long Cultural Park originated from the former Jiali Sugar Factory. To revitalize the abandoned warehouses while preserving the historical architecture, the park was redesigned with a modern spatial concept, integrating the surrounding area's history, culture, and agricultural development.
Siao-Long Cultural Park is committed to promoting international art exchanges by inviting both emerging and established artists from Taiwan and abroad for artist residencies. Artists are encouraged to interact with the local community, observe the local culture, and draw inspiration from the vibrant surroundings. The park provides modern, accessible studio spaces, exhibition halls, and theaters equipped with professional facilities, offering a venue for exhibitions, workshops, and performances.
Siao-Long Cultural Park's distinctive feature lies in its vast space and rich historical elements. The park will continue its efforts to promote contemporary art, further solidifying its status as a recognized international artist village.
