Künstlerhaus Lukas has six studios. Due to the constraints of the historic building, the studios are generally designed and equipped for one person. Upon request, the Künstlerhaus will make efforts to temporarily accommodate partners and/or children.

Fellows may work in the in-house print workshop. A library, an electric piano, and technical equipment are also available upon request.
 
 There are a total of six rent-free studios available for the scholarship recipients. Four of these studios consist of a bedroom and a separate studio space. Two smaller studios feature an integrated living and workspace. The allocation of studios is based on the artist's specific needs and artistic practice. Additionally, two small guest studios are reserved for visiting guests and interns.
