Application Guidelines:
Download application form, prepare 5 printed copies, mail or deliver in person to TTICC at No. 82, Tiehua Rd, Taitung City, Taitung County, addressed to “TTICC Artist Residency Program – Selection Team.”
Eligibility:
Open to all nationalities; applicants or groups with at least 2 years of creative experience in indigenous culture/art, contemporary art, creative design, media/music, dance, tech innovation, agro-fashion, installation art, life aesthetics, or with interest and experience in indigenous cultural art.
Rewards:
Up to NT$40,000 grant for creative materials, sharing/workshop events, travel & accommodation, printing, licensing rights etc.
Outcome:
Residents must hold at least one sharing event/workshop, and submit at least one work for permanent collection or non‑profit exhibition/promotion use.
Selection Procedure:
Two-stage selection: Stage 1 – document or interview review; Stage 2 – in-person panel presentation with works and Q&A; results notified afterward.

Provided single‑room dorm with A/C, bed, desk, bathroom; electricity NT$5 per unit, water basic NT$76/month.

Financial Assistance:
Up to NT$40,000 support covering creation and event expenses; requires receipts and outcome report for reimbursement.
