Please submit the following materials (in PDF format with accessible cloud links)
1.CV and artist statement (within 3 pages)
2.Residency plan (within 3 pages)
3.Workshop plan (within 3 pages)
4.Portfolio
5.One recommendation letter (by an art professional, curator, etc.)

Eligibility:
1.Open to creators from Taiwan and abroad (individuals or two-person teams)
2.At least two years of experience in artistic creation
3.No restrictions on artistic disciplines (student applicants must hold a master’s degree or above)
4.Intermediate or higher English communication skills required

Rewards:
1.A daily living allowance of NTD 800
2.Material fee subsidy based on proposal (up to NTD 35,000)
3.Free accommodation and studio space
4.One round-trip high-speed rail ticket (domestic) or economy-class flight ticket (international)

Outcome:
1.Complete and exhibit residency artworks
2.Organize a local engagement or educational outreach workshop
3.Submit a final report and feedback form at the end of the residency

Selection Procedure:
Three stages:
1.Document review
2.Online interview
3.Final selection based on evaluation by the review committee

Accommodation Fee:
Free for artist.
Charges for Accompanying Family Members/Friends
Each family member or friend accompanying an artist will incur a daily charge of NTD 800 for an overnight stay. The maximum limit is 10 days. In the event of a violation, the deposit will not be refunded, and the living allowance of the day of violation will be forfeited. To facilitate the registration of visitors' personal information, please kindly provide a written notice to PAIR one week in advance.

Paid by Artist:
1.Overseas artists must pay a deposit of USD/EUR 150 (refunded upon completion)
2.Taiwanese artists must pay a deposit of NTD 4,500
3.Artists are responsible for personal daily needs, materials, and exhibition setup during the residency

1.Travel subsidy (flight or high-speed rail)
2.Living allowance
3.Material fee support
4.Administrative assistance
5.Exhibition platform and publicity

Financial Assistance:
Studio and accommodation
A dedicated project manager for administrative and creative support

Fellowships:
No additional fellowships, but material fee and living allowance are provided

Studio / Workspace:
Each studio offers approximately 33 square meters of creative space (including a bathroom)
with an additional 17 square meters of loft-style living space.
There are a total of 8 studios available.

Accommodation:
Integrated with the studio in a loft-style layout, provided free of charge to the artist

Other Facilities:
One common lounge equipped with kitchen, meeting, and lecture facilities, available for artist interaction and exchange

Driving Instructions:
