Eligibility:
1.Performance artists with experience in public engagement and interactive projects.
2.Born or currently residing in one of the cities or countries collaborating with the CreArt platform: Kaunas（立陶宛）、Valladolid（西班牙）、Skopje（北馬其頓）、Aveiro（葡萄牙）、Lublin（波蘭）、Venice（義大利）、Rouen和Clermont-Ferrand（法國）、České Budějovice（捷克）、Oulu（芬蘭）、Regensburg（德國）。
3.Member of the Croatian Association of Visual Artists (HDLU).
4.Ukrainian artists who have collaborated with the Lviv Art Council ‘Dialog’.
5.No age restrictions. Applicants must hold a university degree in an art-related field and provide proof of artistic practice.
Rewards:
1.Round-trip ticket expenses to and from Liepāja up to 400 EUR.
2.vArtist fee of 1,600 € (Gross amount) in two payments (50:50): first part at the beginning of the residency and second part after the submission of the final report.
3.Production cost in the amount of 800 EUR/gross, result presented in the project “Agora of Values”.
Outcome:
Report: Upon return from the residency, artists are required to submit a brief narrative report containing evidence of newly created work/s (in English), and boarding passes if traveling by plane.
Contract: Before going to the residency, the artist will sign a contract with foundation “Liepāja 2027”
